Our online training and support is a pay-as-you-go monthly service. There are no contracts, you can cancel or change your plan anytime. Changes are effective at the end of your plan cycle.

* On-demand videos can be purchased on the Free, Silver and Gold plans.
** Our public group is on the Nextdoor app. If you live outside of Durham, NC, simply request permission to join. All requests are approved.
All plans are renewed on the 1st of the month for one month. Purchases or renewals after the 7th of the month, are billed for the current month, on a pro-rated basis, AND the following month. Members can sign-in to our payment portal and self-renew their training plan. We accept all major credit cards.
