We offer a free video call consultation to anyone interested in joining the K9 Connector family. During the call, you can share the challenges you face with your dog and your goals for your dog, and learn more about how K9 Connector training works. 

You will also learn about the K9C homework requirements. In order for the K9C to work for you, you will be required to submit videos of your training sessions with your dog each week.

Upon receipt of your request to join the portal, DeLisa will email you a link to create a K9C account.

The K9C Family Assessment is a comprehensive 3-part survey that helps DeLisa learn more about you and how you want to live with your dog. The survey will tell DeLisa...

1. What you believe about dogs
2. What your expectations are for your dog
3. What is acceptable behavior to you for your dog

The survey should be completed individually and independently by each adult member of your family and is due within 3 days of joining the portal. 

There are several agreements to sign such as a Video Release, Assumption of Risk, and the Children's Online Privacy Policy. The documents can be signed online using a computer or mobile device.

It's time to sign up for a training plan. Let us know which plan works for you and we will send you a quote. We accept all major credit cards.

Upon receipt of payment, DeLisa will schedule your family assessment review. Your review will be scheduled with your dog's primary trainer (and an adult if the primary trainer is a minor). Additional participants in the assessment may attend optionally. 

Now that you have joined the portal, submitted your documents, and completed your family assessment review, you are ready to start training!
